All rates based on 2-person occupancy.
 

 Rate applies for add'l occupants. Charge varies from $5.00 - $10.00 add'l/person depending on property.
 

 Add 12% sales/lodging tax to all rates.
 

 Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
 

 Security deposits vary on each property and are refundable to card 10-14 days from departure after satisfactory inspection.
 

 ALL CABINS ARE NON-SMOKING.
 

 NO PETS ALLOWED unless otherwise stated in individual property description.
 

 2 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY
 

 Party securing rental responsible for any damages during stay.
 

 10 DAY CANCELLATION POLICY $25.00 cancellation fee applies.
 

 Owner/Management not liable for theft, damage or injury.
 

 Party securing rental must be atleast 21 years of age.
 

 NO RUDE, OBNOXIOUS OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR ALLOWED - Complaint will be addressed once then party will asked to leave premises without refund of rents or security.
 

 LATE CHECK OUT may result in a $25.00 late check out fee.
 

 KEYS - All keys must be returned to Real Estate & Rental Center office. Drop box is provided just outside office entry. Failure to return keys will result in re-key charge.
 

 All rental orders will be confirmed by email and will include check in information. Please call our office if you do not receive an email confirmation.
 

 Party placing reservation acknowledges & accepts terms set forth in rental policies.
